Here is the registration form for the 2009 CAM Convention. Note that you must send money orders or checks. We do not accept credit cards.

Please be aware that the convention is limited to 250 attendees and no exceptions will be made. The seats will fill up fast and you do not want to miss this extraordinary opportunity to be part of one of the best conventions in the world.

In March 2009, the prices will go up at least 40$! Register early and same some money!

More information will be posted soon regarding registration for the workshop on June 18th and for those who would like to buy extra tickets for the shows.
